Refund Policy
Returns, replacements, and refunds for fruit seedlings bought from Andere Fruits Yard.
Living plants
Seedlings are living stock. Check your trees at collection. Tell us the same day if a plant is damaged or not as described.
Replacements
Healthy replacements are offered where we agree the plant was faulty at collection, subject to stock.
Refunds
Refunds are considered case by case for uncollected prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch. WhatsApp +254 727 776 276.
Care after collection
Once a plant leaves the yard, survival depends on planting, watering, and site. We advise — we cannot guarantee field performance.
